Return policy

  1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
  2. Returns are only applicable to orders that are larger than the actual usage needs, designs that do not fit the space, or changes in usage needs. After consultation and negotiation, if the Customer still requests to return the goods, we will consider and handle each specific case.
  3. In case the product is determined to be unusable, counterfeit, fake or not of the quality as committed, we will immediately proceed to exchange the goods and bear all shipping costs incurred.
  4. RETURN POLICY
  5. Within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase (based on the purchase invoice), the Customer will be responsible for ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned goods.
  6. After fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, we will not accept returns.
  7. The return value does not exceed 10% of the order value.
  8. Returned products must meet all return conditions as specified below.

III. EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase (based on the purchase invoice), the Customer has the right to request an exchange.
  2. After fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, we will not accept returns.
  3. The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or higher than the value of the previously purchased product. In case the exchanged product is out of stock or discontinued, the Customer can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value and pay the difference.
  4. In case the customer deposits to hold the goods, if there is any change in the list of goods to be delivered, it will be handled accordingly depending on each specific case.
  5. The exchanged product must fully meet the return conditions as specified below.
  6. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF GOODS

Goods are only accepted for return when they meet the following specific conditions:

  1. No signs of use, still in original box and manufacturer’s packaging;
  2. ​​​​​​No defects in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, breakage and damage…);
  3. Complete packaging, cartons, boxes, and accompanying accessories and gifts (if any);
  4. Have full accompanying documents, such as delivery notes, warranty cards (if any);
  5. For individual customers: we will collect the VAT invoice issued at the time of sale to the customer (1 invoice can only be returned once);
  6. For corporate customers: Customers will issue us a sales return invoice corresponding to the quantity to be returned.

When all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to exchange or return the new product to the Customer. The Customer will bear all shipping costs incurred when exchanging or returning the product.

In case the above conditions are not met, the product will not be exchanged or returned. Instead, the product will be considered for warranty according to our policy.

  1. PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

Customers need to perform the following steps:

  1. Step 1 : Customers contact the Hotline or sales staff, providing detailed information about the product to be returned, including: order number, product name, product defect (Detailed description and send additional photos via Zalo/Facebook/email… if requested), support needs.
  2. Step 2 : We will check and verify the return request information.
  3. Step 3 : After verifying the information and agreeing to return the goods, we will send the return request information to our sales staff or partners (according to the specific time limit depending on the cooperation model).
  4. Step 4 : Our sales staff/partner confirms the return request information and specifies the location to receive the returned goods.
  5. Step 6 : Customers transport goods to the location designated by our sales staff/partners.

Note:

Customers need to send the following documents and items:

  • Sales invoice or attached note with order code (if any);
  • Value added tax invoice (if any);
  • Accessories included with the product and promotional gifts (if any);

During the process of preparing to ship, Customers need to pack and cushion the product as it was originally and in accordance with shipping specifications to avoid the product being broken, damaged or damaged during shipping.
VI. REFUND POLICY AND HANDLING FEES
a. We will support Customers in returning the product and will not charge any additional fees in most cases of agreed returns. In some special cases (For example, our partners do not apply the free return policy and/or the reason for return does not arise from/related to product defects), Customers must bear the shipping costs to the designated return address.

  1. For orders paid in cash: we will process refunds by bank transfer after receiving the Customer’s returned product and information about the bank account the Customer wishes to receive the transfer, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of complete goods and valid information from the Customer.
  2. For orders paid by bank transfer before delivery: we will refund to the account that the Customer used when paying, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of full receipt of the Customer’s returned product.
  3. Note: We will refund the product value that the Customer has paid. Shipping fees, surcharges, packaging fees and applicable promotions (if any) will not be refunded.

VII. EFFECTIVENESS
Our decision on return and exchange is final. We reserve the right to edit, supplement, and change policies related to return and exchange and will publicly announce the policies after addition and modification on the website.
